David Bromstad’s Previous Relationship with his partner, Jeffrey Glasko
In a 2012 interview for South Florida Gay News, the designer mentioned his relationship with Jeffrey Glasko. He noted they would celebrate eight years together on Valentine’s Day that year. Furthermore, Bromstad recalls meeting his then-partner at Orlando’s Firestone Club in a singles party on Valentine’s Day.
Unfortunately, Jeffrey called it quits with David in 2015. Jeff was ready to build a life with him, but David destroyed that. Jeffrey accused David of using their life savings to pay for drugs and prostitutes. Jeff then terminated their 11-year relationship due to David’s alcohol and drug addiction and even took him to court.

However, the court ruled against Jeffrey as he didn’t have enough evidence to implicate the designer. The judge claimed that Jeffrey’s accusations against David were some of the most scandalous. But David’s boyfriend wasn’t going to back down anytime soon. He had intentions to share his side on David’s website, which was still being developed at the time.
The couple seemed to be marrying anytime soon, so the controversy shocked fans. Furthermore, photographers took numerous photos of the couple together. The couple also liked to make appearances in events together and were active on social media.
